About Intentional Fitness Center
Intentional Fitness Center is a Christ- centered, relationship- oriented, 24 Hour fitness facility. Our building contains 10.000 square feet and a 3,700 square foot classroom for zumba, spinning, and core conditioning, just to name a few. We also have men and women shower and locker rooms with lockers available. Our employees are diligent to making sure Intentional Fitness Center is the cleanest gym around!
When you walk through the doors, you will see our main exercise room. For your cardio workouts, we have Life Fitness and True treadmills, PreCor ellipticals, andRecumbent and Upright Bikes. To build muscle, we have numerous strength training machines, free weights, and Bosu and Stability balls. We offer a wide variety of cardio, strength, conditioning, and toning classes. From spinning, Zumba, Circuit Style, Kickboxing, Core Conditioning, Stretching, and kids classes too! These classes are for everybody no matter what your age or fitness level.
We take great joy in our boot camps. Boot camp is where Intentional Fitness first began. It’s a life-changing program designed to challenge and change your life from the inside out! Its personal training in a dynamic group setting that will sharpen and strengthen you physically, mentally, and spiritually. We offer a variety of healthy and delicious smoothies, designed for pre or post workouts. We also have different options of energy and recovery boosters and sell Advocare supplements and products. Another feature is our IFC apparel. We sell t-shirts, hoodies, and tanks in a variety of colors and styles.

*Be sure to thoroughly warm up for about 5 minutes (marching and/or jogging in place, jumping rope) before engaging in this quick power workout.
Take at least 3-5 minutes to cool down and stretch after circuit is complete.
Do 10 reps for each exercise #1 – #5 with little rest between exercises.
Repeat the circuit 3-5x for a quick and powerful workout.
